Proposal: A modern official landing page for QuickLook (Auto-fetching latest releases)

I’m a huge fan of QuickLook; it’s an essential tool for my Windows workflow.

To help the project reach more users, I've developed a modern, mobile-responsive landing page for QuickLook to help improve the project's discoverability and onboarding experience.

• Dynamic Versioning: Automatically fetches the latest stable release directly from the GitHub API, ensuring users always download the most up-to-date version.
• Zero Maintenance: Uses the GitHub REST API to automatically fetch the latest .msi and version tag.
• Performance & SEO: Fast-loading, SEO-friendly, and mobile-responsive.
