Dropbox links broken for notebook sample data

Just a heads up that the links provided for loading sample data seem to be broken. You get a HTTPError: HTTP Error 400: Bad Request when you try to load the sample data as shown in the jupyter notebooks and you get a 400 error by following the links given in load.py
