bug: /triage-bug skill does not clear the "untriaged" label on the reported bug after completing triage

Description

The triage-bug skill completes its full triage workflow (root cause analysis, Task creation, issue linking) but does not removes the "untriaged" label from the original Bug issue.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Ensure a Bug issue in Jira has the "untriaged" label (e.g., TC-5163)
2. Run /sdlc-workflow:triage-bug TC-5163
3. Allow the skill to complete all steps (root cause comment, Task creation, linking)
4. Check the labels on TC-5163 after triage completes

Expected Behavior

After triage completes, the "untriaged" label should be removed from the Bug issue, indicating it has been triaged.

Actual Behavior

The "untriaged" label remains on the Bug issue after triage
