Initialization of relevance and ranking strategies is hard-coded #4
Description
The currently available startegies for the component relevance analysis and the
deficiency ranking are initialized in the classes RelevantComponentAnalysis and
RelevantBadSmellsAnalysis. This hard-coding should be replaced by an extension
point mechanism to facilitate the addition of new strategies.
