Node 20 End-of-Life

According to nodejs's release schedule, Node 20's end-of-life is 2026-04-30 which is approximately three months from now. Therefore, the project should be updated to a supported version of Node soon. Currently, there are the Maintenance LTS version (v22) and the Active LTS version (v24) available.

Agreed - RAWeb uses Node 24. We probably should bump this package to Node 24 as well.

I switched my local repo to Node 24, and it seems to be working fine based on the unit tests. I did notice some packages are out-of-date and have reported vulnerabilities; however, that is a separate issue. Should I make a PR for the Node 24 update?
