Level 1

1. Can we include a line stating "You have alighted the wrong stop! Choose a hearing level to try again." for those that have alighted at City Hall?

Level 2

1. The volume is inconsistent from City Hall.
2. Door chime can be softer, the announcement and background noise can be slightly louder. For this level, it should be Partial hearing loss.

Level 3
