Animation Editor: Missing parts in animation tree

This issue has been reproduced with a friend, simply make this straight line, joint them in a line stemming from the torso and this sort of bug ends up happening.

@BoredomEmbodied Can you be more specific on exactly what parts are missing?

Basically every part in the line except for the part directly jointed to the torso.
