my question is simple, i run ComfyUI through conda environment, will these scripts work with this kind of environment ?

No, the toolkit is designed specifically for Python venv and does not support conda environments. The Environment script creates and manages a venv, and the launcher activates it via venv\Scripts\activate.bat.
If you are using conda, you already have your own environment management in place — you likely don't need most of what this toolkit offers. You can still use ComfyUI-Manager.ps1 standalone to switch torch versions or ComfyUI releases, but the launcher and Environment script would not apply to your setup.
