Give command target placeholder addition.

Please consider adding a placeholder that will return the points of the target player, so that when I or the console give points to a player, we can do something like this

command-give-success: '&7New &b%player%&7''s balance: &b%playerpoints_points% €'

this will not work currently, because it will return the points of the executor which is pointless.
