• Tighten up abstract. I think it's a bit too long, and should mention the Kepler results.
• Add comparison figure for uninformed prior for simulated LCs.
• Update Section 5 (Discussion); it's out of date. Special initialization is no longer a thing, and the priors are not as they used to be either. Add discussion about uncertainties.
• Update Section 6 (Conclusions)
• Add a figure to the Appendix illustrating an example
• Add new koi demo figure.
• Add reference to Mauna Loa data.
• Add reference to Macula and other spot modelling codes.
• Remake results plots with final results files.
• Make corrections to red text in paper.
• Sort out number inconsistencies.
