• clean up repository
  • make sure all analysis code is in gprot package (e.g., LS and ACF)
  • make sure all plotting code is organized & reproducible, and documented in readme
  • remove old directories

• post results to Zenodo
• Update readme to contain everything it should contain (e.g., document reproducibility of paper, not just how to run gprot

Regarding the plotting code, I'm happy to be the guinea pig for reproducibility. Point me to the scripts I would need to run and I'll give it a shot.
