resourceGroupId mandatory in API call

Issue description

resourceGroupId is mandatory in the API Call and

After I generated the resourceGroupId by myself, AI-Resource-Group should not be a parameter

I would also specify that you need to generate the resourceGroupId by yourself

We have fixed the document now.
Replace AI-Resource-Group with resourceGroupId and use the same value i.e. hack2buildxxxxx.
