Issue description
Section on Rate limit management (link) is missing information as to how high rate limits can be adjusted via API. I guess the limit is model specific and subject to some manual approval process - this should be part of the documentation then I feel.
Furthermore there might be a slight issue with the actual function - when I actually tested the 'Get rate limits' ($AI_API_URL/v2/admin/quota/model) I was returned an empty list even though models are avialable in the AI core instance ($AI_API_URL/v2/lm/scenarios/foundation-models/models). This might be due to missing permissions - in this case it should be documented too.
Lastly, when I click on the "edit on github" button in the right sidebar on this page - I get a 404 error as the markdown document is not found on this repository.
