Feature Request: VCAP_SERVICES_FILE_PATH is not supported as a secondary option for loading VCAP_SERVICES

cf-java-logging-support-opentelemetry-agent-extension:4.1.0 doesn't support Cloud Foundry VCAP_SERVICES_FILE_PATH
It is an alternative way to provide VCAP_SERVICES which exceeds the memory limit.

Extension fails here: com.sap.hcf.cf.logging.opentelemetry.agent.ext.binding.CloudFoundryServicesAdapter|

Could you please add a support for it, because we are going to use the extension and we cannot reduce the size of user-provided services for VCAP_SERVICES.

Thanks for providing this suggestion. I have provided an implementation with #363. So far it supports the file-based VCAP services as documented in https://docs.cloudfoundry.org/devguide/services/application-binding.html#file-based-vcap-services. It does not support feature service-bindings-k8s though.
