[BUG] No Logs on Edit

When you edit any mute / ban and change name, steamid, ip or reason. You didn't get any logs about that.
So, I think, that a `#critical-bug` and should be fixed as fast as possible @CrazyHackGUT 

The like you said before. Add json with old / new (or only new) changes of ban / mute.

PS: I add a few labels, but you could change them.
