Custom Covers

Should probably allow a PUT of a custom image for those who have items that might not be available at external sources.

Currently we allow both a URL or an actual image. We could force it to be an actual image and make the admin interface of choice download the URL and post it.

URL is useful though. But I wonder if there is a way to detect and strip whitespace from the edges of images..

Looks like both imagemagick and graphicmagick has a -trim option that is supposed to do that. GM has a fuzz property as well for questionable sources like scans.
