Loading screen bugs

1- Severity --> Low

2- Reported by --> Abdelrahman Kerdani

3- The loading screen looks like a modal and a button 'x' appears at the top-right corner, in addition {{user}} appears instead of the client's name and login and logout buttons too.

4- Steps to Produce The Issue:
a. open the website
b. refresh the page

5- Expected Result --> no bugs on loading

Where is the problem in that.
It just appears for a second and goes away. In addition to that no bugs are generated!.
