Feature Request: API/Task config for sharable job URL

Create an API or, even better, a method/variable in BaseTask to retrieve the sharable URL for the MetaDeploy job.

Use Case

Installs can take a while and if something goes wrong, users will need to provide the sharable URL to support to help troubleshoot. Manual copying of the URL is, well, manual and subject to user error.

We would like to make a task step in our install plan that does 2 things:

1. Send an email to the admin running the job that includes a link to the currently running job
2. Upload the the job url to a status page in the org being upgraded so it is not lost and easily retrieved later.
