Description
I was talking with @agahkarakuzu about turn https://github.com/roboneurolibre/editorial_parcellation or another published article into a example for JupyterLite. One of the road blocks is that repo2data is not available from conda-forge. If there are no objections, I would like to package repo2data for conda-forge.
1st Step
Package repo2data dependencies for conda-forge.
| Package name | Package in conda-forge | Require compilation to Wasm |
|---|---|---|
awscli |
https://github.com/conda-forge/awscli-feedstock | ❓ |
patool |
https://github.com/conda-forge/patool-feedstock | ❓ |
datalad |
https://github.com/conda-forge/datalad-feedstock | ❓ |
requests |
https://github.com/conda-forge/requests-feedstock | ❓ |
osfclient |
https://github.com/conda-forge/osfclient-feedstock | ❓ |
gdown |
https://github.com/conda-forge/gdown-feedstock | ❓ |
zenodo-get |
https://github.com/conda-forge/zenodo_get-feedstock | ❓ |
2nd Step
Package repo2data itself for conda-forge.
