Editing plots e.g. titles

Hi rTRIM,

Finding trim really useful for research analysing UK bird population data for my PhD. The plots are ideal for my report but ideally I would like to edit/reformat the plots e.g. titles and axis labelling.

Is there a way to do this? I have tried the usual code for base R and ggplot style plots. No worries if not, I'll add myself, but worth an ask!
