BHRuler is a scale-invariant framework for comparing black holes
across the mass spectrum, from stellar-mass X-ray binaries to
ultra-massive black holes. It computes gravitational units, spin-aware
ISCO frequencies via Bardeen-Press-Teukolsky, dual accretion
prescriptions (efficiency bridge and ADAF/RIAF), MAD-motivated
horizon magnetic fields, Blandford-Znajek jet powers, sphere of
influence, and tidal disruption diagnostics with a tunable logistic
capture boundary. Includes a single-file CLI tool, computed data
tables, and a revised paper with five figures, 45 references, and
worked uncertainty propagation.
