Prerequisites
- I have written a descriptive issue title
- I have verified that I am running the latest version of reqifviewer
- I have searched open and closed issues to ensure it has not already been reported
Description
- deploy reqif files with the app in wwwroot
- add sample reqif file links (with descriptions)
- when a user clicks on a reqif-link, the sample file is loaded
