Extract echosounder settings and single-target detection data from Echoview CSV files

Currently, echosounder settings and single-target detections are extracted from LOBE or XML files from EK60 and EK80, respectively. However, Echoview is now being used to process calibration results and the code should be adapted to allow for the extraction of these settings and data from the CSV files produced by Echoview. @jrenfree if you can provide an example CSV file from a past survey (or the present one, if you have time), that would be super helpful.

As for the echosounder settings, I think it'd be easiest to just define the necessary parameters in the .ecs file used for the report. Most of the information is usually already included in the .ecs file, except for the transducer serial number and RMS, which we could just manually include as commented-out parameters.

That seems acceptable to me, whichever is easiest. I just looked at the single target files and those are straightforward. I'll keep this issue open until I can modify the script to handle .csv files for those plots. Extracting the settings from the .ecs files may not be totally straightforward and we have bigger fish to fry at the moment.
