Extract revised sardine potential habitat to each trawl haul and cluster

Use xtractomatic to extract potential habitat from ERDDAP for each trawl haul and trawl cluster, at the time and location of sampling, to aid in the delineation of northern and southern stock sardine biomass. Create a new figure to visualize the results.
