update stack on bays in database

• updated stenella 2026 and unit 1024 2025 deployments to include pam bays

@smwoodman We can chat more about this when you're back in office but quick summary, we decided to change the device type for the PAM stack on bays we have (changed from 'Teledyne payload bay assy' to 'Teledyne Stack on bay'. I added a new device type and updated the two in the devices list. I also made sure the deployments that used these bays were updated.

Are there any downstream things that need to be updated now that I have changed the database?

Hey @Kourtney-Burger - this makes sense/sounds good. esdglider looks for the actual dmon/wisper devices, rather than this specific device type, so there shouldn't be any downstream changes. Thanks for checking
