Save default video volume #120

Describe the problem
Videos default to maximum volume, which is very very loud on my setup.
Describe the solution you'd like
When you change the volume of a video, that should become the default volume that future videos you click play at by default.
Alternatives considered
Default video volume slider in settings, which would also work but at least to me feels less intuitive/less accessible.
