Ability to disable the register button

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to be able to remove the "registration" ability (and button on login page) with some ENV_VAR or setting. That would prevent users from registering and creating charge on the SEB Server platform, even if we don't expose to the internet the login page.

Describe alternatives you've considered
We will move the login page to restricted local network, but our security team still asks us if it is possible to prevent unwanted registrations.

HI, this is already possible with the ENV variable:

sebserver.feature.admin.user.account.self.registering.enabled=false

If you use the ENV variable in docker-compose, you need to replace the '.' with '_'

sebserver_feature_admin_user_account_self_registering_enabled=false
