[Bug] Assessment submission not visible in grade assessment

Description: Noticed that a few assessment submission are not visible on grade assessment table.

Ex: UDISE: 2050705603
SA-2 grade 1 and 2

Need to find why this is happening and resolve the issue.

Acceptance criteria:

1. Assessment submission should be visible.

I checked & it is there in the results on the last page.
