Once I disconnect the power from my laptop, the program crashes.

I recently reinstalled the system and reinstalled your useful tool. However, I found that the program crashes as soon as I disconnect the power from my laptop, with an error message saying Unknown Hard Error.

Could you please tell me how to fix this? Below is my system information:

Edition: Windows 10 Pro for Workstations
Version: 22H2
Install Date: 2026/03/22
OS Build: 19045.2728
Experience: Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.4190.0

I'm currently preparing a new beta.
So I would like to look closer into this. Is it possible to send me a log file?

In the settings, last tab, enable Extended Logging, reproduce the issue and export the log.

That would hopefully help me out to get a clear picture as to what is causing this.

After the program crashed, I tried disconnecting and reconnecting the power supply again. I found that the issue did not reappear immediately when I restarted the program and then quickly disconnected or reconnected the power. Instead, the problem has a high probability of recurring only after I have been using the computer normally for a period of time—usually a few minutes to more than ten minutes—and then disconnect or reconnect the power supply.
Below is the log after the issue recurred. Please review it, and I hope this will help further improve the tool.

I released a new release candidate. It includes fixes for potential crashes in the area of monitoring the battery/power supply.

If you could give it a try, it would be really helpful.
I was not able to reproduce the issue at all. So I couldn't really check the fix.
But it also includes a better extended logging. Meaning, if it happens again, the log is hopefully providing better information on the bug.
