Your work is awesome. I also wanted to make a minecraft server scaner in rust after watching FitMC's video. But i would recomend you using oracle cloud as the vps service, because:

• Its too much powerfull
• 200gb drive / 24 gb ram / 4 cores
• Free forever!

I use Oracle Cloud for my personal server, but unless you use a VPN or proxies you can't use it for scanning, most hosting providers will suspend service for such activities.
