add base support for rule type

I want to disable Dataview completely, but I want to use complex rules. So, I need the plugin to recognize 'base' as a rule and only target the files output by 'base'.

I'm not sure I understand exactly what you're asking for, could you give me an example?

I assume you mean you would like to query files using the syntax used by Bases? As far as I know there is no API for Bases yet that makes that possible, but it might get added in the future.
What is the rule you want to make, maybe it's possible to achieve with the multi-condition?

As for my use case, it requires the rule "property contains xxx," which isn't available in the multi-conditions.
