Globals not Exported

Describe the bug

When performing an export global binds/spells are NOT exported.
Suggest Globals show up as a profile to allow export and not create duplicates on import.
I cleared all of my profiles in an attempt to remove any corruption because I was getting odd interactivity e.g. spells showing double binds when the spell was NOT present in any other profile.

Reproduction Steps

1. Export all profiles you wish to use.
2. using the addon manager OR manually, remove all settings/config for clicked.
3. log out of the game.
4. un-install/delete clicked.
5. Install clicked.
6. Log into the game.
7. create a new profile.
8. Import the exported profile.
9. repeat steps 7 and 8 for each profile.

Result: all globals are missing and do not appear to be part of the individual profile (still verifying).
