mouse pointer change

**_issue_**
As one clicks on  **video transcript** and **get youtube video preview**, the mouse pointer do not change

**expected**
mouse pointer changes from arrow to hand

i cannot upload the image because as soon as i take the screenshot mouse pointer moves away
