Role functionality is not working to the best i can determine

Context:
Evoker's Source of Magic is a healer-only buff.

The role selection logic seems to completely ignore healers and/or isn't even implemented.

Implementation:
Implement party role check together with role selection in the UI to buff proper role in the party.

Possible addition around like 2140 or so... though it's more of a hack:

              -- check if group, then check buff is applicable for role before continuing
              if ((IsInGroup() or IsInRaid()) and buff and cBuff.Type==SMARTBUFF_CONST_GROUP and bs[uc]) then
                if not bs[ur] then
                  print("Wrong Role. No buff")
                  buff = nil
