Creating User Auth for Banking System

In the BankingSystem we must create a better user Auth for handling payments initiated by the user. We can implement logic for keeping password safe and setting up multi factor authentication for keeping the account safe and removing the potential security threats that can arrise.

I think I can do this one . We can use bcrypt hashing for secure handling of password using bcrypt library. we can provide multi factor authentication by requiring password and otp for crucial transactions. Can you assign this to me.
