Daily tasks

What was the original vision for daily tasks? Here is what I am wanting to do and would love your thoughts @NucleoFusion

1. In home view render past daily tasks like diary
2. When a new daily task file is created move any tasks from the prior day with status Pending or Started to it

I think I did add the forwarding of tasks to next day.
What I missed is that it only finds for the previous day and not previous entry.

If it looks decent I am not opposed to the daily tasks idea. I find it rather nice to have.

From my usage it isn't moving anything over.

Have you tried after the release? It may be that I just forgot to release that version.
I am pretty sure I did add that feature.

No, I I'm using the Arch installer on this machine and haven't gotten onto my Macbook to try the go installer there.

This is for gettting the tasks.
In the os.NotExist condition. We find via Yesteday Path.

If you could I need my current PR merged and release cut so Toney is using the correct config file for me with the go installer. Then I'll test this out.

Now that I'm using multiple machines I've noticed a new bug with daily tasks.

My .toney directory is manged as a private GitHub repo.

Machine 1 - Linux, Toney installed through Arch
Machine 2 - MacOS, Toney installed through Go

1. Launch Toney on Machine 1, it creates daily task file
2. Add new task
3. Commit and push
4. Pull changes to Machine 2
5. Launch Toney
6. No tasks are shown

Looking at the file in .daily the tasks are there.

Was there a format change since the version on Arch (2.1.1-1)?

Do both the files look the same?
also I think I added CLI Support for sync/push?
(basically just git wrappers)

I'll look into it more. I used the start/stop script for Git when I first started using it. My plan is to uninstall the Arch package and just use the go installer.

Yeah, there was a format change from JSON to CSV. I'll see what tomorrow brings.

There should probably be a note on the README that the Arch package is out of date or update that package. I've never released through a package manager like that myself.

Yep brew and Toney are out of date
The release config are giving errors. I am looking into it currently.
There is an toney-bin in the AUR.

Newest version does migrate tasks. I'd like to work on 2 things now:

1. If you only have 1 daily task and delete it you get a slice out of bounds panic, just a simple off by one error
2. Render past daily tasks files in the home view instead of just showing the CSV
