Actual Behavior

Actual Behavior:
• The Benevolence Request is created
• The Person field is empty
• User must manually search for and select the person

Expected Behavior

When initiating a Benevolence Request from a Person Profile page, the request should automatically associate the current person without additional user input.

Steps to Reproduce

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to a Person Profile
2. Use the action/button/link to create a new Benevolence Request
3. Observe the newly created request

Result:
The Person is not pre-populated on the request.
