LED Classes Clean Up

The LED classes in the robot folder are to long. Some things should probably be shifted back into the library so things are more readable and easy to understand.

Within LED branch, the files
LEDs,
LEDsCommands,
and LEDsConfigs
have all been moved back to using the wpilib library, however, it is longer.

I don't understand what the goal of these changes were.

"this.config = new AddressableLED(config.port);"

Why would an AddressableLED object be named config?

I thought the original task was moving references from the leds folder under the Robot folder back into the wpi library instead of our Spectrum library.

So the task is to shorten the leds file and move anything cut out from leds back into Spectrum Library?
