Cant find the tebrium synthesizer

Hi its me again uhm sorry to intervene, i dont know if im just blind or literally cant find it, cause i cant find the tebrium synthesizer like literally cant find it, i dont know if im just blind or cant just find it. Can you send me an image where can i find it, i tested it on my phone where the expansion java mod is the only one installed and enabled and still cant find it. Thanks
