Add registrar support to Hetzner

Dual-Hosting existing domains with hetznerv2 is already possible¹ and tested by the integration tests.
The domain needs to be registered somewhere else and you need to add Hetzners NS records¹ there. (dnscontrol can do this for you with a provider that has registrar support.)

As far as I can tell, registering for new domains with Hetzner is not possible via dnsconsole as they only offer an email based interface. Creating new zones etc is possible via dnscontrol.

I am not talking about Domain Robot. DNS there is deprecated and being converted to hetzner cloud. https://docs.hetzner.com/networking/dns/faq/beta

I am specifically looking to configure the domain servers of the DNS zones and their tsig keys.

Just to clarify: (I think you know this but just in case...)

• When a dnscontrol provider is a "registrar", that means it can update the domain's delegation. It does not support buying domains. This is a common misunderstanding.
• To make hetznerv2 a registrar, implement the GetRegistrarCorrections() function and update the init().
