Add missing domains to anonvpn category (VPN/proxy services)

Description

The anonvpn category currently has ~16K domains but is missing many popular VPN and proxy services. Help us expand this list!

How to contribute

1. Fork the repo
2. Add domains to ListFilter-Squid/BL/anonvpn/domains
3. One domain per line, lowercase, no http:// prefix
4. Submit a PR

Examples of what to add

• Commercial VPN provider websites
• Free proxy/VPN service domains
• DNS-over-HTTPS (DoH) provider domains
• Browser-based proxy services

Guidelines

• Only add domains of actual VPN/proxy services, not articles about VPNs
• Don't add legitimate privacy tools used for security (e.g., corporate VPNs)
