Currently, custom properties can be globally defined or individually defined through an API call. Having a means to create custom properties per file/folder would be more intuitive for web view interactions and and would make this app more initially intuitive for what it does, as by default, all files have a properties tab that is empty without any interactibles (until a global property is set in admin settings, that is).
