fix: disconnect WalletConnect session on sign-out

Problem

In app/(tabs)/settings.tsx (line 402), handleSignOut() calls clearUser() and clearAuth() but does NOT call useWalletStore.getState().disconnect(). The WalletConnect session remains active and persisted.

User impact: After signing out, the wallet session is still active. The next user who opens the app will see the previous user's wallet still connected.

Root Cause

The sign-out flow was implemented before the wallet store was connected.

What To Build

1. Call useWalletStore.getState().disconnect() in the sign-out handler
2. Also clear loans store on sign-out
3. Verify all store state is cleaned up

• Wallet session disconnected on sign-out
• Wallet store state cleared
• All store states cleaned up on sign-out
