Bug: Adjust Docker containers to be remote-deployable

Describe the bug
Currently, Docker containers for Web Frontend and Web Backend are confiured to run app locally.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to repo via CLI,
2. Open Dockerfiles on Web Frontend and Web Backend folders,

Expected behavior

• Docker containers must use production-ready builds of both Web Frontend and Web Backend,
• Add info to Wiki with basic commands on how to operate containers,
• Configure Docker in repo to push both Docker images to GitHub Packages,
