Improve docs formatting

* Fix problem where the level of some headings were the same as the
title, causing them to not show in the table of contents
* Replace instances of literalinclude with no-license
* Add hyperlinks to sections in documentation for words in the
introduction text
* Better organize content under netlistsvg demos
