How to run Generate-R4MVC in visual studio on mac?

Hi.
I'm using Visual Studio 2022 on mac and I want to use this command to generate a new controller with its actions that had been created recently. Unfortunately, As far as you know there is not a package manager console on Visual Studio for mac. I want to know how can I use this command now.
