Disabled Function: Increase and decrease emulation Speed

There are hotkeys that changes the emulation speed, but everytime i try to make it faster or slower, it says: disabled fuction.

I've tried to find what is causing that, but i saw nothing, what im missing?

Same Problem here, I notice that this started happening from version 00.4 that's when they added Lua Scripting. Previous Version 00.3 you can Increase and decrease emulation Speed... Another issue I found, if a movie (FBM File) was recorded in previous version 00.3 or lower and you try to play it in 00.4 or higher the game play that was originally recorded will be completely desync and different.
