User pg/azure marketplace docs main (#228)

* Added page for documenting purchase flow for Azure Marketplace purchases including activating of subscriptions etc.

* Added section on changing a azure subscription

* Simplify section on subscription modification and update regarding suscription cancellation.

* Removed Azure Marketplace docs from toc and added note about it beeing an upcoming feature.
