Building manpages for all packages.

All packages should have a manpage.

current status neither avialable manpower nor resources to spend time on this. Hence it will be open till someone gets time or someone volunteers.

Would like to contribute to this.I want to learn so would like to know how to add manpages then would start the work off.

https://liw.fi/manpages/ or http://www.linuxhowtos.org/System/creatingman.htm could be starting points. however remember these are man pages for those project which doesn't have a man pages or custom scripts that we are writing like say frida-push etc.

So how are we going to add man pages or scripts which we are writing to tamer repository?
