Writes empty Crashdump and Logfile

If user tries to execute with graphic card prior 3.2 OpenGL it crashes with empty Crashdump and Logfile.

The Program throws an Exception in src/cdg/nut/util/settings/Settings.java:148 which initializes (surprisingly) the creation of a crashdumpfile. But because it is reading OpenGL values of a GL context which couldn't be established (hence the crash). The creation fails, too.
Soo essentially the try-catch is too large.
